Hello, I’m Rachel, from Rachel’s Beautiful Mess co. I am a Surface Pattern Designer and maker of all things whimsical and bright! I create Art with positive, uplifting messages to encourage and celebrate life's small wins, and not ‘yets’ but somedays. Life is made up of all our messy moments, good and bad. My art endeavors to embody the imperfect beauty of life with a nonetheless Optimistic view.
RBM is passionate being a compassionate creative human and making inspirational art. My Adventures in Parenting really shape the art I make… My love of the great outdoors, cute animals, playful designs on fabrics, stationery, dinnerware, wallpaper, gift wrap, home goods and fabric inspires all I make.

Rachel grew up surrounded by friends and family and the Magical True North. Heavily inspired by the natural world and humanity's vast beauty!
You will often find Blueberries, flora and fauna and animals inspired by the unique Biosphere of the Georgian Bay area. Rachel spent her summers exploring the Islands and waters of Georgian Bay, Ontario, Canada.
